Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from LionessKits. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item(s).

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

• Item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Item(s) must include all original tags and labels.

• A copy of the original invoice or order number is required.

Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the 30-day window to initiate a return request. Please include your order number and reason for return.

2. Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send the package.

3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.

5. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-21 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds to your account.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Items that are used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

• Items returned without prior authorization.
